Opella is a French consumer healthcare company based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. It develops and sells medicines available without prescription, along with food supplements – among them brands such as Doliprane, Allegra, Dulcolax and Mucosolvan.

Opella emerged from the consumer healthcare business of Sanofi. Since 2025 it has been run as an independent company in which Sanofi still holds a stake. It operates in around a hundred countries and runs its own production as well as research and development sites.
