What clients want to know before working with us.

What kind of companies does PAROGO work for?
We mainly support small and mid-sized companies with 10 to 1,000 employees – across industries, along your individual requirements. In HR consulting we also work for global players; the experience from that work benefits smaller companies.
Do we get a dedicated contact person?
Yes. One dedicated person looks after your payroll and knows your wage types – with an established team and agreed cover arrangements behind them. That includes a personal service email address and a direct phone line. No anonymous ticket system.
Do we have to hand everything over – or can we start with part of it?
Either way. In a partial service we take on the areas that block your processes, for example social security reporting or bridging a staffing gap. In full BPO we are responsible for all payroll processes, including support during statutory audits.
What does working together cost?
One transparent price per employee – no surprises about modules and no hidden implementation costs. We name the specific price for your scope of services after a short conversation about your requirements.
Which software do you work with?
Mainly with edlohn from our software partner Eurodata – or system-agnostically in a system of your choice, for example DATEV (Lohn und Gehalt / LODAS), Addison, SAP and others. More on payroll software.
How does the move to PAROGO work?
